REFUND POLICY

1. PURPOSE
This Refund Policy sets out the conditions under which customers may obtain a refund for products purchased through the website operated by LematPrint.
2. STANDARD PRODUCTS (NON-CUSTOMIZED)
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, individual consumers have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Conditions:

The product must be returned in perfect condition
-
Unused
-
In secure and protective packaging
-
Complete (accessories, instructions, etc.)
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Procedure:
The customer must notify their request by email at: lematprint@outlook.fr
The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as the one used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.
3. CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS (CUSTOM 3D PRINTING)
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code:
Customized products, made to order or produced according to the customer’s specifications (3D files provided by the customer, non-standard dimensions, non-standard colors, etc.), cannot be returned or refunded.
This exclusion applies once production has begun.
4. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR ORDER ERROR
In the event of:

A manufacturing defect
-
A product damaged upon delivery
-
An error attributable to LematPrint
The customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt and provide:

Photos of the product
-
A description of the issue
-
The order number
After verification, LematPrint will offer:

A replacement
or -
A full or partial refund
In such cases, the return shipping costs will be covered by the Seller.
🔒 3D-printed parts may display slight aesthetic variations inherent to the manufacturing process (layer lines, minor dimensional variations). These characteristics do not constitute a defect and are not eligible for a refund.
5. ORDER CANCELLATION
Standard Products
An order may be cancelled as long as it has not yet been shipped.
Customized Products
A customized order can no longer be cancelled once production has begun.
6. DELIVERY DELAYS
In the event of a significant delay attributable to the carrier:

An investigation will be opened

An appropriate solution will be offered
LematPrint cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control.
7. PARTIAL REFUND
A partial refund may be issued if:

The returned product is incomplete
-
The product shows signs of use
-
The product has been damaged by the customer
